Over the years Jem-Ell Sewing has also diversified into other areas apart from sewing, which includes press cutting, high frequency and ultrasonic welding, embroidery and foam fabrication. Due to this diversification Jem-Ell Sewing is capable of manufacturing a large array of products. The staff at Jem-Ell Sewing have extensive knowledge and experience within the industries it is involved along with expertise in the design of new products and pattern making for many industries including the safety, defence, medical, recreational and hospitality industries.

Visual Impact Computerised Embroidery, a division of Jem-Ell Sewing, consists of the latest state of the art computer and software networked with 10 embroidery machines capable of embroidering badges, caps, flags, shirts, jackets and most other garments. All digitising of artwork is done in-house with the facility to e-mail designs to customers for approval. The on screen colour computer image of designs ensures the customer´s approved colours and designs are used during production.

All Foam Services Pty Ltd was acquired by Jem-Ell Sewing in the effort to diversify into the foam processing industry. The acquisition of this company, with its specialist foam cutting equipment, allows us to die and saw cut flexible polyurethane and closed cell polyethylene foams to all shapes, sizes and quantities. All Foam Services also has the ability to flame laminate these foams to fabrics. The extensive range of foams processed cover applications for use in filtration, flotation, automotive, packaging, promotional, safety, sporting, building, furniture and general industries.
